Ercoupe Restoration
Throughout high school, I was a founding member of SPACE, an aviation club in Santa Paula, CA. We taught younger children about the mechanics of airplanes and flight, and we worked to get our donated Erco Ercoupe flight ready. We met once a month as a club, but myself and a few other senior members met more often to work with a mechanic to get the plane fully checked off.
